Saidra and Evinia are the "rebels."

If you look at the map you see Powder Kegs (B) and doors (C). You have to open the doors by putting a Powder Keg in front of it.

Did you use Powder Kegs on all the doors?

Can you also tells us how far you got on the map, so that we have an idea where you got stuck?

Hold in left alt key, that'll help you find allies etc. even if a wall is in the way. Ctrl works for enemies.

The dark grey bit to the right of where you start on map (press M) is where they guys are.

The OP has completed the mission and bonus, so he isn't having a problem seeing NPCs, using powder kegs, or anything else in the walkthrough. The problem is one of identification. The main goal of the mission is to free rebels, as stated in the Z-mission goals, or to free Evennia, as stated in the regular mission goals. He can't figure out where the rebels are, even though he must have freed them at some point or he would have failed the mission.

It is very difficult to follow the logic leading to the conclusion that the two imprisioned women that were freed and the rebels who must be freed from imprisonment are one and the same. The wiki page does not supply enough additional information to resolve the dilemma, since it only identifies Evennia and Saidra as Shining Blade members a couple of times on the page. There is only one link to the Shining Blade wiki page, which identifies them as a rebel organization, and one link to Evennia's page, which identifies her as a leader of the opposition to the ruling White Mantle (i.e., a rebel). With this extraordinary lack of information, confusion is bound to result, making it impossible to realize that the two women could be described as rebels.

tl;dr: Goal is to free rebels. Two women were freed. Goal was completed. Thus, women = rebels.

Don't read the Zaishen quest requirements in detail. Its always the same for all missions.

goal 1: complete the mission to get bounty and z-coins
goal 2: complete the bonus (masters bonus in factions or nightfall) -> get more z-coins
goal 3: complete the mission in hard mode -> get even more z-coins

It's always the same. There is no difference in performing a mission with or without an active zaishen-bounty. Just do the mission.
